பாடம் 14 : வீட்டு வேலை

1. திருக்குறள் : அதிகாரம் 30 - வாய்மை தன்நெஞ்சு அறிவது பொய்யற்க பொய்த்தபின் தன்நெஞ்சே தன்னைச் சுடும். (இக்குறளின் பொருளை நன்கு விளங்கி மனனஞ்செய்யவும்.)

2. பின்வரும் ஆங்கில வசனங்களைத் தமிழ் வசனமாக மாற்றி எழுதுக.

1). Coconut trees were seen along the sea shore.

2). The wedding banquet was held in a big hall.

3). We watched the plane taking off from the runway.

4). With a shriek of the whistle the train entered the tunnel.

5). An Eskimo igloo consists of frozen snow built into the shape of a dome.
